I think this series is adorable. Maybe it is just how the narrator plays with it. This was a much shorter story than the other and while it had fun aspects, there wasn’t much to it and yet it had a more convoluted plot.

Stevie is faced with two Spy Guys in this story; one in her living room and one still whispering in her ear but which one is the real Crispin Alistair Winterbottom is the only important question.
It is time to meet Atticus’s archdruid, Owen Kennedy and life will never be the same.
I love this series and Oberon is a big part of that love. I love having the whole story told from a dog’s perspective, including explaining the importance of butt sniffing in solving crimes.

I enjoyed the chemistry of the main characters. It was just the conflict which caused a great deal of painful eye rolling.
I just couldn’t take the heroine’s stupidity and her constant need to be rescued.
Hunted was a non-stop chase. Trying to find places to stop was painful. Atticus and Granuaile were on the run from the Goddesses of the Hunt, Diana and Artemis, and they can’t shake them, especially when they find vampires, dark elves and assassins in their path. Tensions stay high and also be read for a […]
As much as I like this author and narrator for the Witchless in Seattle series, I did not enjoy this story as much. It might be that there wasn’t as much story here as sex. I was almost hooked at the end to grab the next, but I am not sure if I will bother.
Some spoilers from prior books. I really love this series. While I felt Hammered was a little slow, this story makes up for that. We skip forward twelve years after Tricked and it is finally time for Granuaile to be tattooed and bound to the earth as the first Druid in centuries. But this is […]
