Happy Friday to all! Awesome news since last we spoke. As you might remember last April I embarked on a new fitness program and after six months, I am down 50 lbs, several sizes and I have gotten a great deal fitter. This exercise program consists of 10-week challenges where they increase your endurance slowly over the 10 weeks. Then at the end of the 10 weeks, they announce finalists of that challenge who have shown the most progress. I was a finalist back in August and I was a finalist once again for this past challenge and this time I won!! Me! I won an exercise program! I think it is pretty hysterical since I am now the one my friends call about exercising recommendations rather than book recommendations. What is happening with the world? I am pretty certain this is a sign of the apocalypse.
Diet and exercise might be good for you but it is still interfering with booktime so let us get back to it with this week’s awesome giveaway, the newest Christine Feehan novel, Vendetta Road which comes out later this month.
Just leave a comment to enter. Giveaway is open to U.S. residents, 18 years and older. Giveaway ends Thursday, January 23rd.
Thank you to Berkley romance for this week’s giveaway.
Isaak “Ice” Koval is on a club mission when he sees a woman who stops him dead in his tracks. Soleil is a sweet, sexy, girl-next-door type. She’s an innocent who should be nowhere near the rough-and-ready world of the Torpedo Ink motorcycle club. But Ice knows Soleil belongs with him—and he’ll do whatever it takes to keep her.
After a life of drifting from one thing to the next, Soleil Brodeur is determined to take control of her life. When her breakup with her manipulative fiancé turns ugly, Soleil searches out the stranger who offered her a lifeline and ends up in a Las Vegas biker bar where she meets a gorgeous, dangerous man straight out of her most secret fantasies.
High on adrenaline, she finds herself falling faster than she thought possible. But Soleil knows little about the territory she’s stumbled into, and even less about what it really means to be Ice’s woman.
