Happy Friday! It’s still Friday, right? I have started on the sangria so I hope it is Friday. If I start slurring, just ignore it.
My daughters and I have been watching Prodigal Son, because nothing brings the family together like serial killers. This past week was the season finale which proved to be quite shocking. Shocking enough for my husband to come into the room and ask what all the screaming was about. We were so shocked it took about 20 minutes of discussion after the credits rolled for us to finally walk away and probably 10 of that just staring at each other with mouths hanging open. If you are looking for something to watch, I would highly recommend this show featuring Tom Payne, Michael Sheen and Lou Diamond Phillips.
I was so shocked by the ending it reminded me of Kresley Cole’s The Player (not in story plot, but shock value). It is one of those books you wish you could forget so you could experience it again. So this week, after that Prodigal Son shocker, I thought the only book appropriate for this week’s giveaway is The Player. One rule: If you win, no jumping to the end. You must read from the beginning.
While this was the last book in a trilogy, it can be read as a stand alone.
To be entered in this week’s giveaway just leave a comment or give us a thumbs up that everything is good with you.
This giveaway is for a U.S. Kindle ebook. Giveaway ends Thursday, May 7th. Open to anyone 18 years and older.
