I really hate myself right about now.
Good morning! Good news: Our email followers are growing. Bad News: Mailchimp isn’t allowing me to send emails unless I upgrade my account. As I do not make any money off this blog, I try really hard not to spend more on this blog than I would on just buying my own books for the year.
Right about now I am pretty frustrated with the whole process as my tech skills are limited and even with the “help” videos and migration information, I am ready to punch myself in the face.
Just letting you know things might be glitchy for awhile until I can get everything switched over properly.

It’s great to know more people are finding their way to you. Your emails are among the few I enjoy receiving. You don’t make them any longer than they need to be, you send them only when you have something to share (no daily email repeating the same information). And the books you share, recommend, review and giveaway cover from popular author’s releases to hidden gems that we might have overlooked just because that author isn’t well known to us(me).

Thank you for all the work you put in. Reading may be easy, but you do more when with your Sotlights and reviews. You’re site and emails have always read more like giving the tea to a friend instead of someone just reporting on what a book contains. You trust us to understand this is what you read, and your thoughts of what you did and didn’t like along with other thoughts. Your reviews allow us to get to know you.
Allowing us to decide if we’ll grab a copy to experience the book ourselves.
i.e. You showing us how you like what you do (our baseline) lets us then determine how much we might like it for ourselves.
If my sister wanted to know what’s good to drink/ read I would not recommend a 4 Horsemen/ thriller romance knowing she doesn’t like tasting her alcohol/ mostly reads spicy romance.
That’s it I’ve spent too long explaining to make myself understood. 😹🙈 my neurodivergent overthinking is showing.😂
