Summer’s coming and it time for beach books!
Memorial Day will soon be here and that means it is time to start thinking about the beach. Yay! Nothing makes me happier than the sand, the surf and a good paperback. The hardest part is picking the right one…so you have to pack about five or six just to be certain.
We haven’t solidified any beach plans yet and I need mulch spread this year desperately. I kept choosing the beach the last few years so the weeds are winning the war. And I mean lots and lots of mulch. I have too much garden but that’s a complaint for another day. That is going to cut into my vacation money but sticking my toes in the mulch doesn’t have the same ring as burying them in the sand. I might need to take a day trip or two for happy toes.

My big summer plans are getting ready for the arrival of my newest grandbaby! A little girl. I have a grandson which I adore already so I’m super excited to add a granddaughter to the mix.

I liked everything about the cruise but the moving. If they stayed in port, I would go again.
