Happy Friday!
Question for the group — Who had read Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros? Liz, I know you are. š
I feel like I missed something. How did I not jump on this when it was originally published and now there is a book 2 out. What? I enjoy a good fantasy audiobook and I have lots of audible credits but I also see that Graphic Audio is going to be releasing Book 1 in two parts in December and January. Believe it or not I have been agonizing over this — do I use my “free” (already paid for) audible credits for the standard audiobook or do I just go all out and treat myself to two graphic audio purchases (and they are having a 1/2 price sale).
Who has read this book and is it worth the investment? Goodreads is showing over 500,000 5 star reviews so I guess I missed something. It’s like I am the only one who never read Harry Potter…oh wait, I never actually read Harry Potter…or watched those movies…
I should have matched this question with a fantasy novel giveaway but my options have gotten slim. I guess I haven’t received a box of books recently. š
But I do have a fun release by Sara Desai to share.
Leave a comment to be entered. Who has read Fourth Wing and why am I so behind?
Giveaway is a paperback copy and is open to U.S. residents only. Giveaway ends Thursday, November 16th.

I just heard about it today when one of my favorite authors posted about it. I checked my library and they have multiple copies… and I’ve reserved. I’m now #173 in line for it. Whew!
I haven’t read Fourth Wing either but it sounds interesting!
I just read a review for the book after The Fourth Wing. The reviewer said she’s left traumatized by the cliffhanger. I am going to cancel my reservation for The Fourth Wing and wait until all the books are out to read them… or at least wait until one doesn’t have a cliffhanger ending. I detest cliffhangers and this one sounds brutal. If you don’t mind cliffhangers, go for it. They sound like gripping reads.
I haven’t read Fourth Wing yet, but really want to as I’ve heard so many good things about it. To Have And To Heist sounds like a fun read! I like the heist aspect. Thank you for the giveaway!
