Audiobook Review: Shadows in Death by J.D. Robb
Another great investigation. I think N.R. has been holding out on us.
Another great investigation. I think N.R. has been holding out on us.
A perfect example of why we love the In Death series; murder, solid investigation, romance and Lt. Eve Dallas doing what she does best, finding justice for the dead.
Book #49 of the series was a bit of a dud. I am hoping she is saving it all up for the next book. J.D. Robb (a/k/a Nora Roberts) is reaching a pinnacle with her next book, Golden in Death, which will be #50 of the In Death series. This is one of my favorite […]
Just when I was ready to lament the downfall of my favorite character, Dallas is back on her game and kicking ass once again.
We are up to 47 books in the series and various short-stories. With that said, they can’t all be winners. This one didn’t give us much in characters or in great investigation. Hopefully she isn’t saving everything up for Book 50.
One of the more interesting In Death books in quite a while. This investigation kept you on your toes.
Eve and Roarke are always a favorite.
Eve Dallas is one of my favorite characters. Even after 44 novels, I am still hooked. These characters feel like old friends and the investigations are always intriguing and sometime even disturbing. I can’t wait to read more.
J.D. Robb’s In Death series is a must read for me. Even after 43 books, I still can’t wait to see how the relationships continue to build.
I thought this was going to be a simple investigation. I never expected where she was going with this. Shocking and intense, as you would expect from a J.D. Robb novel
