This was a blend of the good and the bad. It had an interest twist for the series but the romance was sadly lacking.
I was a bit disappointed in this novella. Since we already knew the characters of Ophelia and Jamie, we should have jumped right in and gotten more out of this story. It ended up being more of a filler and a lead in to the next novel coming out in 2017 The Accidental Sire.
Molly Harper reminds me exactly why I hate the outdoors so much. You will be changing your vacation plans after reading this book.
Molly Harper takes us on another delightful trip to Half Moon Hollow. This is a great series. I love when a paranormal series just has fun and pokes fun at itself and the folks at Half-Moon Hollow are crazier than most.
I just love Molly Harper and her backwoods town of Half Moon Hollow. I was a bit annoyed to be left hanging after the novella I’m Dreaming of an Undead Christmas which was released in December of 2013 and left us hanging in the middle of Iris’s baby sister, Gigi Scanlon’s story. Although you could follow along without reading the novella first, I would definitely recommend starting with Undead Christmas or you’ll miss all the stalking vampire parts.
