Audiobook Review: How to Train Your Highlander by Christy English
I am sorry that I didn’t start this series from the beginning. I loved Mary Elizabeth and the finale of this series would have been sweeter if I had been here from the beginning.

Heard such good things about this story but it just wasn’t grabbing me.
I think this series is adorable. Maybe it is just how the narrator plays with it. This was a much shorter story than the other and while it had fun aspects, there wasn’t much to it and yet it had a more convoluted plot.
Stevie is faced with two Spy Guys in this story; one in her living room and one still whispering in her ear but which one is the real Crispin Alistair Winterbottom is the only important question.
This started out as an exciting story but went too long and my interest start to wane after awhile This book suffered with the same problem I had with John Grisham’s novels, when the antagonist is always one step behind the hero it gets to be too much. I know that the purpose is too […]
It is time to meet Atticus’s archdruid, Owen Kennedy and life will never be the same.
I love this series and Oberon is a big part of that love. I love having the whole story told from a dog’s perspective, including explaining the importance of butt sniffing in solving crimes.
I have mixed feelings about the story. There was a lot to introduce as far as this new world and just as it got going, it ended. There are a few more stories in the series and I might give the next book a try to see where it goes.
I enjoyed the chemistry of the main characters. It was just the conflict which caused a great deal of painful eye rolling.
I just couldn’t take the heroine’s stupidity and her constant need to be rescued.
