Review: The Game Plan by Kristen Callihan
I have really enjoyed this series, and I get very positive feedback from everyone I recommend this series to. Dex and Fi’s story is a great addition.

This was my first Jaci Burton story and I really liked it. I have given away several paperbacks featuring Ms. Burton and I need you all to return them to me. (Kidding. Just kidding. 🙂 ) I liked the characters of Tucker and Aubrey. We also meet a few of Tucker’s brothers and the players from the team who were the subject of the other books. I was asked to be part of the blog tour for Book 2, Fighting Shadows, and the story intrigued me so I agreed. When I looked into the series, I just had to start with Book 1, Fighting Silence. I was overwhelmed by the story of love and family, and their struggle to keep this family together.

Although the story was good and Gabriel Bishop was patient and sweet, Charlotte’s PTSD is so strong that the heat index on this story flatlined. Nalini Singh tried to make up for it with daydreams and dirty talk, but panic attacks stilted almost all of the love scenes.
[box style=”rounded” border=”full”]I did it. I judged a book by its cover…and its back cover. I pushed this one off because I wasn’t in the mood for a college drama where the big pompous jock just wants to get laid by the one girl who doesn’t want him. Â I was so wrong. Â God, I love […]
